We accept returns within 35 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This allows us to maintain fair pricing and continue offering complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

To start a return, please contact us at info@balfouratelier.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide the correct return address for your region.

Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team, as returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds without the physical return of the item.
