We accept returns within 35 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To keep our prices fair and continue offering free worldwide shipping, we’re unable to provide free return labels.

📩 To request a return, contact us at info@balfouratelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the correct return address for your region.
Please do not ship items back before receiving confirmation from our team.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Any chargeback attempt without physical return will be reported to the card issuer.
Orders with valid delivery proof are not eligible for refunds.
